When will i get my package?

When you buy some products before 12pm, your package is expediate on the same day. 

However, to keep you the free delivery and the best prices, we had to make some choices with transportation because of the sanitary crisis. 

Delivery time depends on Shipping Carrier, Customs and Post Dispatch 

of destination and other factors. Most packages could be received in 20 business days

How do I create an account?

To create an account go to the section “MY SPACE” and simply follow the steps. 

How do I change my shipping address?

If you want to change your shipping address, please kindly send us an e-mail with your order number, your name and your new address. 

How do I track the status of my order?

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

Will my items come in one package?

Sometimes, our main warehouse, doesn’t have your product so we send from another place.

I received the wrong item

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

You have 48 hours after purchasing your item to cancel it. However, if the package is already on the way we can’t cancel on the moment. 
When you receive your parcel send it back to us for we can proceed to your refund. 

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes, you can!
