The diameter is exactly 0.3 mm, checked with a micrometer. Length is 10 mm longer than 1 meter. As stated in the description stiff. Silver or not I do not know. Packed first in a small bag with diameter markings, then enclosed in a plastic case, then again in a bag and only then it’s all in a bubblewrap mailing bag. Inside is a letter from the seller, like a bill of lading, stating the goods and a polite offer of service.
